The document reads, in part: ""Dividing the ownership of a building in the Labrud neighborhood, close to the Zaraghush river, among the heirs of Haj Sadiq (son of Aqa Muhsin), namely Aqa Mirza Husayn, Aqa Mirza Muhammad, and Sakinah Khanum (the daughter of Aqa Jaʻfar) as follows: the lady inherits two sixths of the building, which includes [?], the storage room and the Harzah-push above it, half of the common space of a house, the stable, the hay storage space, the garden, the small pool, and the bathroom. Lease of a mill, 1935
Aqa Shukr Allah rented two sixths of two mills, known as Haj Sadiq's, to his nephew, Aqa Mirza Hasan for one year from, 4 April 1935 to 3 April 1936 for 300 rials (25 rials a month). A note on the verso reads: "a lease for water rights from Mashhadi Muhammad Mahdi Akbari to Aqa Shukr Allah Muhsini and Mirza Hasan Muhsini."

Marriage contract between Shahrbanu and Mirza Husayn, 1833
Marriage contract between Shahrbanu, the daughter of Aqa Ismaʻil, and Mirza Husayn, the son of Haj Sadiq, dated May 8, 1833. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including rugs and felt rugs worth 34 tumans, a qalamkar bed covering worth 4 tumans, and parts of some properties. On the verso: "Mirza Rahim, Muhammad Baqir, and their sister, Khadijah Khanum, who are the children of Mirza Husayn, settled with full consent whatever rights they had to their mother's mahr.
